GROUP SESSION ADDENDUM

Tiny Kids Consulting LLC, Group Prenatal Newborn Care Consultation

This Addendum supplements the Client Services Agreement and Liability Waiver for group sessions. By booking a group session, you agree to it. If it conflicts with the Client Services Agreement as to group sessions, this Addendum controls.

1. Group format. Group sessions include up to five registrants. Other participants will be able to see and hear you, including your name or screen name, your image, and anything you say or show on camera.
2. No expectation of privacy; what not to share. A group session is not a private setting. Do not share private medical information about yourself, your pregnancy, or your child during a group session. The session covers general educational topics, and questions during the question-and-answer portion should be general in nature. We may redirect or decline questions that call for individualized advice.
3. Confidentiality among participants. You agree not to disclose, post, or share the identity of other participants or anything another participant says or shows during the session. We require this commitment of every participant, but we cannot guarantee other participants’ compliance, and you accept that risk by joining a group format.
4. No recording. No participant may record, photograph, screenshot, stream, or otherwise capture any part of a group session. Tiny Kids Consulting does not record group sessions.
5. Conduct and removal. We may mute or remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or violates Sections 3 or 4. A participant removed for a violation is not entitled to a refund.
6. How to cancel. All cancellations must be sent by email to info@tinykidsconsulting.com, and the time your email is sent controls. If we later make a self-service cancellation feature available through the booking platform, a cancellation submitted through that feature will also be effective, and the time recorded by the platform will control.
7. Cancellation and transfers. Group sessions run on scheduled dates and cannot be individually rescheduled. If you cancel at least 48 hours before the session, your registration transfers to a future group session date at no charge, or you may request a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, you will receive a refund of the fee paid less a late cancellation fee equal to the lesser of $100 or 50 percent of the registration fee. No-shows forfeit the registration fee, except as required by law. If we cancel a group session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer.
8. Minimum enrollment. If fewer than two participants are registered 24 hours before a scheduled group session, we may reschedule the session. If we do, you may transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or elect a full refund.
9. Everything else. All other terms of the Client Services Agreement and Liability Waiver apply to group sessions, including the educational-only nature of the services, the emergency instruction, and the dispute resolution provisions.
